As a 3D Visualizer, I contributed to the design support, technical understanding, and full visual representation of this residential project, which includes 195 housing units and is currently under construction, now reaching the 10th floor.

Résidence Atlas – 195 Units
Résidence Atlas is a residential development featuring 195 housing units, currently in the concrete skeleton (structural frame) phase.
As a Architect Junior, Designer, 3D Visualizer, and Site Manager, I contributed to the project’s design, visualization, and on-site coordination.
Key Roles:
Developed and refined the architectural concept with the lead architect and the client.
Created 2D plans and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
Produced detailed 3D models in SketchUp and photorealistic renderings with D5 Render.
Delivered 3D visuals to support client understanding and facilitate pre-construction sales.
Managed on-site tasks during the concrete skeleton phase, coordinating with civil engineers and ensuring the delivery and distribution of construction materials.
Assisted in organizing teams, tracking daily progress, and communicating needs to the project management team.
This project reflects my versatility in architectural design, visualization, and construction coordination.
