Golden Lion Residence – 208 Units & Commercial Center
The Golden Lion Residence is a mixed-use development with 208 residential units and an integrated commercial center, currently in the earthwork phase.
As a Architect Junior, Designer, and 3D Visualizer, I contributed to concept development, technical plans, and full 3D representation.
Key Roles:
Developed and refined the architectural concept with the lead architect and client.
Created 2D plans and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
Modeled the entire project in SketchUp and produced photorealistic renders with D5 Render.
Coordinated updates based on client feedback and technical constraints.
Produced 3D renderings to support client understanding and property sales before construction.
This project highlights my ability to manage complex design tasks and deliver clear, high-quality architectural and visual outputs.
